Begin with some liquor with taste. Like Jagermeister, or spiced rum, even mixed vodka's or those fruity Bacardi's. Once you've had that, you can just try some Whiskey, Vodka, Tequila.

Stop trying to make sure that Op becomes so hardcore, that he spends the whole night hanging in the toilet. Only ever drunk beer and out of nowhere start to drink Whiskey? Not only can the taste be a put-off, but pacing with that kind of stuff is harder, bro.
