i'd like to point out that it talks about disqualifying people with ADD/ADHD from gun ownership, which is reserved for violent criminals and those declared insane by courts in the US. thus it discriminates against those with a learning disability and equates them to the same level as gangbangers and psychotic schizos. the huffpo article is for a link to a place where the entire bill may be read if you have a couple hours to spare.
