No, it's a video where an old man was murdered by two younger men with a hammer and a bunch of screwdrivers. They got the whole process on video, and it's still floating around the internet somewhere. I watched it when I was younger.

My friend wanted to show me what the Cartel does to people who betray them and the thumbnail of the video was a man getting his neck chainsaws and blood was everywhere. I was like, nothankyou. lol
