No it isn't. Being able to gain 7 life as an instant can easily make the difference between a loss and a victory. Though now that I look at it, I do think I could probably get rid of one of those in favor of something else.

Safe Passage is better in almost every situation. Also Heroe's bond does the same thing, but for GW at instant speed as opposed to 2WW at instant speed.
