I was kicked from a Crucible event (error coded out, as I have been with just about everything that requires matchmaking) then it keeps trying to join an event with a non-existant fireteam. It auto loads to this and then crashes. Even after a system restart, the same thing happens over and over. Eventually I received a suspension for this. Good work Bungie.
