Destiny 2 crashing constantly with a Radeon RX 9060 XT
Prior to May 2025, I had a Geforce RTX 3060 Ti with an AMD Ryzen 9 7900x and a Asus B650E-F Gaming Wifi board. D2 was very stable. In early May 2025, I upgraded to a Radeon RX 9060 XT 16GB model. Now D2 crashes constantly.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled Destiny 2 via Steam. I've also reformatted my ssd drive and reinstalled Windows 11 24H2 completely fresh from scratch. I have the latest AMD Chipset Drivers (v7.06.02.123) and Radeon GPU drivers (v25.6.1).
The D2 crashing is the same with the Edge of Fate expansion, so it likely isn't related.
Below are some screenshots with many Event ID 1000 errors in the application log , as well as a screenshot of the log dump in my C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp\bng_ticket\ folder

2 回复Yeah, I can confirm that exact same issue happening with the RX 9070 XT as well. For me it only started happening as of today, never encountered the issue before. Game crashes in at most 10 minutes after starting any activity, its absolutely awful. Same event ID as the one OP has and same drivers. Game just freezes for ~5 second (audio still playing) and then straight to desktop with no error code or anything.
