The room is filled with Chests that you can only get ONE a day, are single perked, and cost 450 Nonary! It's cheaper to just buy bottom one at the emissary.
I don't know what I was expecting but my goodness this is a snooze fest
Trashapalooza is a joke.

I did like the new challenge presented by Ultimatum mode. The loot was respectable given the circumstances of EoF on the horizon. But after grinding the event so much, I agree it was a let down. The final loot room was disappointment incarnate.

2 回复Even when most, if not all, of the gear from this "event" will be outmoded once the update hits, Bungie still won't just let you enjoy it while you can. The devs are allergic to players having fun and letting the "looter" part of looter shooter mean something. Apparently, whoever is on their dev team that's in charge of this thinks "the chase" is what makes people play looter games. (hint: it's not)

I'm glad the OP knew what the hell was going on. I haven't looked into it yet, but even several streamers are a bit puzzled. If Bungie are going to try to butter us up at the end of a season, why don't they explain things and make it simple for everyone to understand?
-
Trashapalooza is a great title, lol. I’m not surprised but I am disappointed. Bungie has always (and I mean ALWAYS) been notoriously stingy with loot. At this point, if someone is ever being stingy, we should just call them “Bungie”.

1 回复Luckily its just a week of dissapointment. The best grind system ever is coming up next dlc. So stoked about it. Cant wait to complain again
-
This was just idiotic all they had to do was make it so you get 2 chest day allowing you to get one shiny normal and one shiny adept a day Normal Shiny - 380 Adept Shiny - 400 Or make it so you get 2 chest for free your choice a day would have been a good idea as well.
-
Only bungie can dress up a pig and sell it as Megan Fox...🤬 There's nothing special about this whole event at all... They hyped everyone up about how special this last week of the event would be, and the only thing I'm excited about is that this bullsh*t event is finally coming to an end....
-
1 回复Going flawless with 7 wins is loot-a-palooza.. what is this rite of the nine version? Underwhelming, and the new systems come out in less than a week. Huge missed opportunity.

由Guardian6266编辑: 7/10/2025 2:20:02 AMthey should call it dupe palooza. i played 45 minutes in eternity mode and got one weapon drop for relentless , with a single perk trash roll, though i focused prosecutor. ended with 115 manifolds to purchase nothing with. duplicate drops and transmat effects for 350 each, is not worth the time.

Funny thing is, at no point was any of the Rot9 stuff hidden. From the 3 dungeons being accessible early, sparrow / skimmer / sword flying to the cutouts in the spire to access the final area, the final quest to do all the dungeons in a D2 day. Everything in the final area though could do with less hiding, like the weapon names tied to their respective chests, and the price would've been nice too but mostly the name thing.
-
6 回复The best part is that it doesn't says that you'll pay those 450 manifold just dumped 9k not knowing mb I guess
-
And people are surprised at this why? Seriously they do this same kindofcrap all the time, at least the past few years. I just can't take their mentality anymore, its all - hey here's something you'll love just like a picture of a lushish huge juicey burger and you end up getting this thin tasteless (at best) dry piece of meat with only a drop of ketchup and mustard and thin piece of cheese which melted out and all over the wrapper, vile pickles that a pig would reject and the lettuce is about a year old wilted brown thing you have to rip out and not eat.

1 回复You can access all the guns that you've earned during a day, but you can pull only one of each type of gun that you've earned (regular and adept) per day. For example, if you've earned the Prospector in both regular and adept, you can pull one of each (two guns) per day.

I never cared for those weapons and with the changes next week I never saw any point in putting time and effort in to it. They could have easily made me grind this week by allowing us to buy as many nonary engrams as we wanted though - but they capped it at 20, plus the daily ones this week. I feel like that was somewhat of a lost opportunity on their part to boost playtime. I'm also a bit surprised by it since the new approach with Edge of Fate, supposedly, is to not restrict our grinds. So it's a bit back n forth on what we can and cannot grind.

10 回复Quick question: What is the reward for doing the "Gauntlet" quest? I want to see if the award at the end is worth it before I bother running the 3 dungeons. Thanks in advance.
-
2 回复Yeah, running the 3 dungeons back to back was fun tbh. But the room sucks. I hope they change it soon.
