Hi there. D2 is free to download with any account. DLCs are licensed by the platform you bought them from for the account you buy them with. Bungie cannot transfer them for you. Your options are to contact Playstation Support to see if they will transfer your licenses or get a refund so you can rebuy them with your linked account. If that's not doable, you could look into Playstation Console Sharing, which allows players to share games and DLCs with multiple accounts on the same console.
