I don't think they are freaking out about an extra 10 mobility. I think they are freaking out because they run 100 mobility or close to it so it's like a 60% mobility nerf that they need to build into that the majority of titans and warlocks don't need to worry about building into.
Are people really freaking out over 10 mobility
Like really
Seems like OP is simply wondering why the other two classes don't get a similar minor intrinsic. Which seems like a fair question to ask.
Warlocks don’t currently have one or have plans to get one.
But I wouldn’t even call 40 mobility a “bonus” for Hunters since this is still effectively a nerf towards them.
Because they get their own minor intrinsics.
Titans got a slight increase to melee damage
How many base melee hits does it take for a Titan to win an exchange.
I forget what warlocks get
And how convenient.
I'll inform you, Warlocks do not get an intrinsic.
Well then warlocks should ALSO get an inconsequential buff, because 5% extra BASE melee damage is nothing in pvp and pve, same with 10 extra mobility on hunter

Oh well that's very kind of you to allow us to have buffs.
Bungie, Mr Eatz has permitted us Warlocks to have a buff. That's wonderful.
Key word is inconsequential buff but our class is so forgotten about that even some random on the forums are willing to debate why we shouldn't have an "intrinsic" class buff because we already have *Checks notes* Nothing.
Titans having extra Damage on Melee is suitable in PvE and for the sake of balance it is necessary for it to remain 2HK in PvP base. Just like Hunters having base movement speed increase makes sense for Hunters class identity.
Why not just give classes suitable intrinsic buffs, it's almost like OP is asking for Class identities, idk.
So off the top of my head they could literally jyst give Hunters extra base movement and in PvE give them extra Damage with Primary and Secondary weapons.
Titans extra melee damage with extra damage resist in PvE.
Warlocks extra damage with abilities in PvE, Super Recharge faster when surrounded by allies in PvE.
Stop settling for us to be weaker.
I'd believe that warlocks don't get one, but the titan melee damage still taking two punches to kill in pvp does not mean the extra damage is insignificant.
It will allow them to win more often in exchanges where they melee after following up from a weapon. Require you to land less pellets from a shotgun in order to effectively pull off a shotgun melee combo for example.
I'd say that's about on par with a very minor increase to jump height and strafe speed.
