To confirm that you successfully earned the Twitch Drop, locate your "Redeem Code" page in your Bungie.net account and then click on "[url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Codes/Partners]Partner Rewards[/url]." Your Twitch Drops will appear on this page. Any Twitch Drop that is an emblem will show up in your Destiny 2 Collections under Flair>Emblems>General if your platform account is connected to your Bungie.net account.
If you're unable to locate the Twitch Drop:

I've already done that. I have earned them cause on twitches side it says that i have earned them and need to hit connect, which it was connected before. and when i hit connect it takes me to bungie on my account and it says its already connected. When i follow the steps you said the emblems that are missing arent there. I can get screenshots of all of this to show you. I have them earned. I've done the stuff neccessary to earn the emblems. i just dont have them. and no they arent in my collections. and theyre not in my redeemed things.

I have already been in contact with twitch. They have already gone thru all their channels that they can to help me. They have told me its an issue on your end. so i have both of you pointing fingers at each other and im stuck in the middle with no resolution. I have the emblems earned. My account is connected on both ends. The emblems are not there. I have proof of earning them, I spent the time earning them. I dont know how much more i can say and do before either one of you believe me and offer something of a solution.

Hi again, Thank you for your replies and the provided link. We have taken note of your report concerning these emblems. For now, you may wish to continue working with Twitch support to resolve this situation, wherein your emblems are appearing on an alternate account rather than your primary one. Your understanding in this is appreciated.

I come back yet again having reached out to twitch. They again assert that it is something on your end and not them. They have done all they can to help me. Drops on not on them, it is on the developer. The issue of a second account is a ludicrous thing for me to have to even jump thru these hoops. I NEVER changed my account on twitch to go to that account yet somehow it happened. It started with the marathon alpha somehow going to that account. I had to play that whole alpha on that PSN account. Even tho I signed up on a different email. I used my discord. Which is on the same email as my Bungie and my PSN. Yet somehow. Somehow it goes to that email. Since that alpha I've had these issues and can't get drops on my correct account. I'm fed up with the run around of go to twitch. And them telling me to go back here. Neither one of you can solve this. Neither one of you have a response that's satisfactory. If you can't give me the drops, then just says so. If you don't know how to solve this. Then say so. its super easy to just give emblem codes or throw them on my account for missing things. And as for missing drops in the future. I guess that's a whole other thing and I'll have to wait till the next time there's a drop to come back and try and straighten this out again.

Theres nothing more to do with Twitch, the account is connected. on every single side its all correct yet i dont have it. I never switched or typed in the other account for them to go there. The emails for both accounts are very different. So i should just hope for the future drops go to the right account? And i have to deal with not getting these drops?
