This does sound strange, and so we have a few questions about the situation:
1) If you're certain you had the grenade launcher scripture unlocked previously, do you happen to have some footage or screenshots showing it available to you in the Tome? If you do, could you share it with us, via a public video hosting site like YouTube or IMGUR?
2) Did you happen to lose access to the Tome or its associated quest at any point on the affected character? Further, do you recall experiencing any other issues with the Tome?
3) Were you affected by any other issues you can think of with the release of act 3, since you mention this is when you lost access to the scripture?

1) I don't think I have any clips or screenshots of me focusing it earlier this season but I will check in a few hours, don't get your hopes up though. 2) I have not had any loss of access to the Tome or any related quests to my knowledge. The only other issues I have had with it is that occasionally it won't let me switch boosters when I do not have a ritual going. This issue is very rare and leaving and reentering the menu fixes it. 3) The only issue I recall around the launch of Act 3 is that, on day 1 around reset, I got weaseled and centipeded a few times but I assumed it was server side and would settle in a few minutes like it normally does. I can't think of any other issues I had around that time. Thank you for your response and I hope this information will help some.
