As your stats are private, can you check your game history and verify that you didn't do 2 normal runs as in your screenshot you don't have 'Legend Zero Hour' (Legend was the old name for Expert) marked as done.
Step 3 requires an expert run of zero hour and the FT leader may have launched the wrong difficulty.

Checked game history in companion. It shows standard and expert. "Legend Zero Hour" is also no longer a difficulty option you can choose from. Either way I was FT lead and we only had 20min on the clock. So I'm confident it was expert.

[quote]So I'm confident it was expert.[/quote] In that case, the only thing you can really do is rerun it but at the end of the next run - record a clip showing the quests are on the correct step + you were in expert then link to it here for one of the BNGHelp accounts or a Mentor to pass it to player support. Did you make it into the boss room before the boss died and chest spawned?
