Hello sorry for the late reply but i did try everything i could on the troubleshooting guide and nothing seemed to work, i also tested all the activities ingame and it seems that the problem is also happening in PvE where if you shoot an enemy they somehow respawn as if you didn't shoot them to begin with, so its not a COOP problem only.
Also my ISP is Algerie Telecom.
