You might want to instruct people having this issue to start the mission over from checkpoint with a member of their fireteam who has prismatic unlocked already. The checkpoint in question is the one you get just before you have to kill the Ogre boss. Loading in there with someone else who has prismatic already will make the puddle you usually unlock it at disappear, but you can walk straight up to the boss kill it and unlock prismatic. This did not work last week when I tried it and other people said the same, so something this week must have changed enough to where having someone else join and the puddle disappearing counts towards a completion/unlock.

That’s not the same issue the OP is talking about or the numerous others on the forum, all of us have done it solo and there is no interaction available and the door is locked so you can’t progress

Still not fixed, went on my hunter, was at the missions checkpoint, still couldnt claim. Bought boost aswell. So hooray, they dont seem to prioritize this yet take our money.

Hello old friend (Bungie) Well i have the same issue i have played with my Warlock the Legendary campaign with lfg and the leader of the team have done the first mission of campaign and he couldn't complete it so with didn't saw the animation of getting the Prismatic subclass we just get it after the Rhulk tormentor fight and the i've completed all the missions with my Warlock the i wanted to see the animation of receiving the Prismatic subclass and i deleted all my characters but on mission Transmigration at "investigate the Prismatic conflux" there is nothing i can there is not showing a button to press to receive the Prismatic subclass and i can move farther because there is brances and a darkness shield.

If you play the story on your second character and Dan the missions of Geist cannot be seen. You can't really play the prismatic freely like this.

Yes same here and i deleted all my characters and now no-one can get the Prismatic subclass 😂

If it helps any: When you commune and unlock prismatic on a character, it tags the entire account as unlocking it for that class. So if I unlocked it on a hunter, then try a second hunter, the second hunter will be unable to continue past this point. Same issue happens if you delete the character and remake it, because you've technically already unlocked it on the [i]class[/i] but bugs out because not that [i]character.[/i]

any actual news on this there are alot of people who can not play because of this would be nice to complete this before elden ring comes out and it gets dropped for that or the first descendent
