Eliminating that cooldown
This is Battle Harmony now.
While Super is not charged:
Kills with Weapons matching your Subclass Element grant Energy Siphon for 2 seconds. (Essentially a Cooldown)
Energy Siphon grants 3% [PVP: 1.45%] Super Energy.
While Super is charged:
Kills with Weapons matching your Subclass Element grant 4 Stacks of Subclass-Matching Weapon Surge for 11 [PVP: 6] seconds.
So before you had to get a kill with an aligned weapon... THEN every kill AFTER granted 3% super for 2 secs, then it stopped... then you needed to reproc it. You can chain it over and over... but if you couldn't kill a subsequent enemy quick enough or you're sharing kills...
Solo, it was amazing... everywhere else kinda meh. It's easy to put together a 30 sec clip showing massive gains but in practice it was inconsistent.
Now it won't be. Now looping supers and having an easily proc'able x4 surge for 10 secs at a time becomes endgame viable for any player composition with Battle Harmony.
Warlocks get a buff? I should write this down for historical significance. My raider Warlock will still be useable, yay.
