Not necessarily for the same reason other people are upset, but more so because that makes the exotic a must run when using bubble. Before you got additional value for having it on, but now it's literally cuirass but for bubble. Yes of course I am glad it got buffs to it's base defensive capabilities outside of the exotic which was BADLY needed...but now that exotic is super bloated for bubble and leaves little reason to run anything else. And simply being able to throw that on for 100% previous effectiveness doesn't really make bubble a defensive option...it just makes it the same thing, but I have to wear an exotic.
