So my friends account has somehow glitched with the age verification, he never got the option to set his date of birth (we looked everywhere) on top of that he cant submit a ticket request to change (set) the correct age, every time he logs into Bungie, the website loads back then forwards and when we try and submit a ticket it just goes mad with the loading and then eventually logs him out, we have tried on 5 different devices. Cant use in game voice chat, in game text and cant use the website to submit a ticket. we have tried and looked at everything we can Any help is much appreciated
