A friend of mine today got hacked over Steam & PSN and his Destiny 2 characters deleted not even 12hrs after the "invite crash" where he sent me an invite. He's working hard at getting his account back but he has lost the Characters he's had since D1. I know you have your codes of practice but I believe this is a special case in which I strongly believe you should help him get his characters back and/or revert them since yesterday. He's an avid player and losing everything will totally make him quit the game that he's loved since day 1. What can you do to help please Bungie?
