I had a negative silver balance on my Xbox account due to an Xbox store issue a while ago and never gave it any thought. I ended up selling my Xbox, but after trying to set up cross-save for Steam, I was blocked because of the negative silver balance. So I bought more silver on the Xbox store to pay it off and my balance hasn't been restored? Do I actually have to sign in on an Xbox to process the change? Because I have no way to do that.
