Hello all, So I'm not getting any of the promo emails dispute being signed up for them (I've tried turning off the email tick box and back on) I put in a request #309447 to get this fixed, Bungie just close the ticket with no response, I put in the ticket 6 days ago and they aren't replying, just closing it repeatedly, anyone ever has this? where they flat out refuse to say ANYTHING and just close my request?
