Hi everybody, i hope this is the correct place where to report problems with Bungie store, but i can't find another place.Yesterday i have tried to buy some items from the european Bungie store (i'm italian) and after the payment , the items are still in the basket and there isn't any trace of order or any email purchase confirmation.My bank has confirmed the payment, can you clarify the status of my order?
I can send proof of payment if needed and screenshot of the items i want to purchase (the items are still in the basket).

Is this the right place to report this problems?I wrong section? Can someone in this forum (moderator/Bungie directly) help me to solve this problem?
