So, ive reached max rank with shaxx in the hall of champions, I went to take the superblack key alpha, and two very weird things happend. 1st thing that happend is that my rank didnt reset, it just stayed on rank 17. 2nd wierd thing that happend is after I claimed my superblack key alpha and went to check it out in my inventory cause I was scarred I didnt get it cause it didnt do any popup and the rank didnt reset and just couldnt find it, it was nowhere to be found. anyone knows what happend and how to fix it?
