Where have you been ? There is no pvp team now ….it’s full steam on marathon and final shape . Bungie sacked the security team last year and a lot more staff got booted horribly. Pvp is what it is and ain’t changing anytime soon . Surprised at the number of people and the usuals as well still playing pvp in destiny 🤷🏼♂️

Yeah that happened but it’s not like their isn’t anyone working at Bungie. Yes they have other projects on but Destiny is the only one that makes money so you wouldn’t think that the basket with all the eggs would get neglected so much. People play still because it offers some of the most amazing type of gun fights any FPS offers on the market currently. The fact we can get weapons from three different core modes and use them between as well all the dark and light abilities it gives players something new to try any time they play any of the modes the game offers. Plus the fashion in this game is clearly is the end game.

Yes Bungie have people working on other projects but this is the only one that actually brings in money. You really think Bungie are just sitting there only working on games what are coming out in 18 months from now? Most people run builds they watch from YouTube as they don’t want to try new fresh things out. It’s ashame no one tries to use anything different. Do me the favour and upvote so we can at least say we tried to get the game fixed.

Of course Bungie has a team maintaining destiny 2 just like destiny 1 . It’s all about final shape and marathon. Destiny 2 really is what it is . Hopefully final shape will be amazing . Fixing the game would take a monumental effort which Bungie just isn’t going to do . A lot of people are accepting and moving on , or will come back for FS.

Fixing the game and a PVP update are two very different things. Yes I would like to see it drop old generations consoles sooner than when they plan too and see the engine upgrade come sooner than a the Feb 2025 release they have planned. I don’t think you have the right idea for what this post is asking for. I only want to see the mid season patch come in and balance PVP like they do every season.
