This is some next-level stupidity. If I have an old account on a separate platform with loads of old, unobtainable content on it, why would I want to just throw it away? I already verified that I owned both accounts, so I'm not stealing anything. As of now, and as far as I know, we essentially just lose everything on the old platform's account because we no longer have access to it unless we disable cross save and then unlink our main account, in which case you need to wait 90 days just to disable Cross Save. Why can't this problem be solved with just making one account store everything? Actual morons at Bungie.
