Beyond light missing from account

Hi Purchased Destiny 2 with beyond light bundle some time ago, possibly with the 30th anniversary pack. Just logged on today to find that both packs have been removed from my account; so I have to pay for them again. And I definitely had them yesterday as I have been doing Presage since Tuesday which requires BL and I don’t have the season pass required to do it instead. Just wanted to know if this is an error or a deliberate action Thanks PS5 - GhostyBuffalo

  • Hi there! The 30th Anniversary Edition was bundled at one point with Witch Queen. But it was not bundled Beyond Light. If the platform store front is stating that you need to purchase the DLC again, then something happened with your original purchase. Please contact your platform's support team for further assistance on this issue. In order to expedite the investigation, please make sure you provide any receipts or order numbers, so the support staff can review your purchase.

      Are you on the platform you purchased Beyond Light on? If you are can you try [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049196071-Accessing-and-Restoring-Licenses-to-Destiny-Content]restoring licenses[/url] If restoring licenses doesn't fix it, you'll need to contact PS support to have them look into it. Prior to that you may want to gather email receipts and transaction numbers to prove the purchase
