I have been having these issues for days already, I already did everything from clearing caches, resetting routers, using wifi,lan cable .and even using hotspots. my brother who is in another state even logged on to my account and got the same error. his account works perfectly and I even logged on to my ps5 with his account and no issues. it seems the issue has to be with my account. i even try cross-save and logging onto my pc and still the same dam error code MONKEY.

Same. Also a player returning on an d account but I haven’t played since the Cabal Leviathan raid was released. I was looking forward to playing with some irl friends who had begun playing so I just bought light fall and every expansion I had missed.
I was convinced the problem was with my network settings. Maybe I wouldn’t have wasted hours and hours messing about with options to try and get better NAT settings if the error code on Bungie’s help page actually acknowledged that it was a known bug and the problem is their end.
