Make Spectral Blades useful somewhere.
Buff it's PvE damage.
Allow Echo of Leeching to apply to it's kills (kinda like Hungering Blade from Bladedancer)

Roaming supers need an identity for pve. I would sugest both a dmg + and a resilient + and a duration + , make it so you are good against mobs ( one swip one kill for red, yellow one swipe + a flip, and beyond) and there is no way to kill you in gms and the duration is increased.
