So I played D2 on PlayStation for a long time, then got myself Xbox and linked my account and cross-save works perfectly. Literally Can switch my game from ps5 to Xbox with no problem and continue the game, however recently I got myself a new laptop and linked my Steam account to cross-save and when I log in to D2 from my steam account I don't see any of my characters and forced to start as a new light. even dho in cross-save as a main source I got as PlayStation.
