Im having the exact same issue. I have the ghost, I have the sparrow, I have the dlc, Ive got everything but the Season Pass. My hypothesis is that in my case, its related to the player account. I had to enable crossplay after purchasing the dlc, and I think I may have already had content on my gamertag. So I think that that gamertag got the Season Pass and I overwrote it by enabling Cross Play. The only thing that doesnt make sense in that scenario is that I still have the other player account linked content from the Deluxe edition, not just the DLC. If I only had the dlc it would be proof of that, because all I would still have of that content would be the liscence for it on my console, but... ive got all my other player account stuff. Nobody else knows whats going on though and Ive asked a whole bunch of people. I want what I paid for. Im sure you do too.
