I think we'd all like some kind of communication from them more than just "we're working on it"

Pinning their statement doesn't give us any answers though and is not an update. There is no ETA or acknowledgment of severity. It is just a "We aren't totally ignoring you. Just mostly ignoring you. Now screw off until we get around to this and stop annoying us with more posts. It won't fall off the main page if you don't shut up."

Really I am just hoping that means they are going to continue updating the same answer instead of posting multiple times. Hopefully, it doesn't mean they are dropping the issue just like that.

What hope is left, rather than update them they closed the query in their eyes. Considering all the other posts about the same bugs, why are we singled out?
