To anyone with a 5700xt graphics card, I found a potential fix last night. I was previously on the 21.4.1 drivers and was averaging 48-50 on the tangled shore and 29-36 during the tangled shore override. I reverted back to 20.4.2 drivers and it seems to have fixed the issue. I am now averaging 109-144 on the tangled shore and during the override. Make sure to use DDU or AMD's driver uninstaller when doing this.
