I recently found a fix for low fps issues I was having with a 1080ti and an i7-7700k processor. What I did was go into windows update and uninstall the update [u]"feature update to windows 10 version 20h2 via enablement package"[/u] this caused me to go from 18 fps in orbit back to my original 144+ fps in orbit. I hope this helps anyone else having these issues.
