Can you guys address "Enable Forced Multi Threading" in CVARS, in tangled shore i can't pass 60fps on an rx 5700x with a ryzen 7 3700x @4.2. Enabling this setting doubles my FPS, but enables bad screen flickering. Please address these optimization issues, I love this game, but it hurts playing sub 60fps on pretty good specs.

You may be onto something here, I tried this and my FPS shot up to 120+ (from 50-60ish in tangled shore) 5800x/6900xt/32gb 4000/samsung 980 pro NVME 4.0 SSD.. But, the flickering and texture issue is pretty bad with this enabled..
