R9 390 (i5 4690k) user reporting in, I also suffer from mircostutters on PVP maps, albeit not all of them. I'm aware that my hardware is old, but Beyond Light made everything worse and the game ran great before. A friend of mine sees better performance with a GTX 770 for example.
