i7 8700k + 1070ti
The FPS is much lower overall compared to pre-BL. However the microstutters are what concerns me the most. The game doesn't feel smooth anymore, framespiking here and there. Changing settings has no effect.

Try going into the NVIDIA Control Panel, and within "Manage 3D Settings", select "Program Settings", then under "Select a program to customize", open the dropdown list there and select destiny2.exe. Once you have that selected, in the list below, scroll until you see an option named "Shader Cache" and to the right of that, turn Shader Cache off.
