I've not sure what the "performance issues" you're dealing with, but since Beyond Light hit, I generally have 35-50 FPS less than I should, in pretty much all areas. All game settings are maxed. Resolution 3440x1440 FOV-Maxed. Motion Blur is off, everything else is maxed.
