No dice on troubleshooting steps for me. I get 55-90 FPS when loading in and standing still in the tower, was getting ~130 FPS prior to 3.0 update. I also get ~65 FPS when ADSing across the middle of The Anomaly even though I get 140-150 FPS on the edges of that map. I drop into the 80s in the open areas of EDZ, Tangled Shore, and Europa.
