Should Bungie bring back Refer-A-Friend for Destiny 2 New Light?
With New Light changing the new game experience I think this would be a great time to bring back refer-a-friend.
A lot of people are confused about what to do, where to go, etc. and I think this would be great for everyone.
Should Bungie consider bringing this back for New Light?

6 回复I think refer a friend was for if you help a friend that buys the game. Base game is free, you can't help your friend without rewards?

6 回复I've tried to get a whole bunch of people to play the game. None have kept playing. The most common feedback I got was simply "boring".

Won't happen. Refer a Friend was a marketing ploy to use word of mouth to sell the game (and expansions). Since New Light is F2P they simply don't gain enough to warrant keeping it, which is why it was removed in the first place.

5 回复This is how I was introduced to the game in D1. It was awesome to have a veteran show me the ropes. Thoroughly enjoyed tagging along behind him and his friend, listening to them discuss different elements in the game. Definitely a positive thing in the game.
