I just activated my cross save feature between my xbox and ps4 account. The thing is I lost all my character and items from my ps4. I'm at a loss I played way more on my xbox and now all my stuff is gone like the character never existed. And I cant even get ahold of bungie which is the only people that can fix it I'm sure. It's like they dont even care. How do they not have a customer service.
