Unfortunately i make comments about that in the past (even on "social" media ) but with no results :/
Most pvp devs plays hunters and imho thats why they have all the bells and whistles , that is kinda bias but i think it safe to say that EVERYONE have some sort of bias.
Hunters even dont need exotic to reloads weapon and activate Mori or KClip merged into the class itself ....not even ONE exotic in the game cant do it which is weird that Transversive Steps cant do it when it is main perk on them o.O
And yes i play Warlock as a main :)

And its funny, because I was thinking that since hunters didn't originally have the ability to activate the perk via dodge (as you may know, it was buffed to be able to do so), other insta-reload mechanics would receive similar treatments sooner or later. At least, I was hoping. Perhaps eventually, suddenly, something new will be said. Just keep posting. It's all some of us can do
