Have you tried doing all the story first so it unlocks them? Also, get to max level which is 30 I think.

I’ve done all the base story of the red war, the osiris, and the warmind. My character lvl is 47 and 50 is the max. I am hoping it’s a case of just needing to do some forsaken missions. If it is and that fixes it I will be glad. I’ll post later if it works.
