I'd say make them exotic, or keep NF generally the same and nerf Luna's. Luna's is much easier to get then NF, which is why I think they should leave NF alone.

I would be perfectly fine with this (only nerfing luna's), but the perk would be different if they nerfed them separately. Making them exotics would be a waste, because there are better exotics than those would be out there. I am just trying to think of ways they both could be improved.
