Oof that’s a fair point. Scouts and ARs could use a bit of a buff.
I do think bringing everything up to Luna/NF level would be power creep though.

That's atrocious... like... how do they think that's reasonable. Bloom can also go away. Sniper flinch should also be looked at and tweaked somehow.. not to the point it's broken though.
