True story. If I'm getting wrecked by something I go get it myself. If I'm not good enough, I accept that. Sadly, I am only me. Too much of the playerbase is exactly like you said. Outbreak isnt even very good in pvp but since so many people are using it rn because it's new and fun, the trash players are all like, "wahhh, it's OP, I keep getting killed by it".
