I'm one of the dropped players. Game got stupidly grindy in black armory. Having a full time job and other hobbies ruined the game.
Guess bungie don't really think about people who play other games and do other things in life when making content.

Yeah that started in Warmind with things like waiting on an RNG public event to start the whisper mission/triple RNG for Braytech nodes, and only got worse in Forsaken. Then Black armory was like “the new content released now go grind the old content for a couple of hours”.
