Could you all make transmat effects permanent unlocks like like weapon an armor modifications?
Always afraid to use them because I might get a ship later that I like better.

由Zuper Greek编辑: 11/8/2018 5:43:11 AMThey really should be considering weapon ornaments are permanent unlocks and technically count as mods too.

Y'all know you can make them in the collections tab right? Collections/Flair/ Transmat effects.
-
You can pull out transmat effects from your collections, It'll cost a bit of Bright dust but at least you can grab em again when you want them
-
-
They're in your collections just like shaders, emblems, and everything else. Any transmat effect you had on a ship or in your inventory at Warmind's release is there, so apply away and just go get another whenever you want.
-
I honestly don't even pay attention to my transmit effects...I don't even pay attention to them when I spawn lol...but sure, sounds good I guess
-
Unfortunately, no matter how much upvotes you get they won't do it, since it will cost them a loss in micro-transactions. They might consider it if you get several big Destiny Youtubers to state this point, but alas chances of this ever happening, are close to a zero.

I want all these cosmetic items to be permanent - really don't enjoy having to "grind for more shaders," or God forbid, buying them from collections for Bright Dust. I've barely used any of these - shaders, transmat, projections, etc because of this.
-
I like anything that gets them out of my inventory. With random rolls, you can't have random stuff cluttering up your vault.

Really, I was pissed off to see that these and shaders were not unlockable. Things in this game should be unlockable like every other game, not a one off thing locked behind little in-game currency pay walls. I want to change my colours and transmat effects whenever I want without wasting my resources. I can change colours, edit characters and other stuff in other games. What makes this any different? More grind for more rubbish? No thanks. I earned it so I should be entitled to use it, not have it locked again for small fees. Honestly, I use this mentality for everything. All that Eververse crap has to be re-purchased with that dust crust stuff, seriously? What lunacy...
-
They don't cost that much Dust. Dismantle unnecessary Eververse items like unused ships, sparrows, armor, shaders, arrival effects, etc. Do Eververse bounties when you have tickets. Equip Okular and grind engrams. You've got plenty of options to get the small amount of Dust needed to reacquire your arrival effect. If this was pre-Forsaken, I'd be right with you, but as it is now, the system is more than good enough to handle your "if".

but if they did that, it would lighten the load of eververses inventory, making it easier to actually get what people want. you know bungie is against that... it was obvious when they added "ghost projections". they are just diluting the loot pool of eververse, to try an encourage people to buy engrams rather then waiting to level up or just buy with bright dust. yeah you can bring up the eververse bounties that give bright dust, but they don't give that much unless you can load up on bounties from her every day.

Or give you the option to apply as many as you want to a ship but be able to switch back and forth if you please. I thought they should have done shaders the same way. If you can turn on an off exotic ornaments, you can turn on and off shaders you like instead of having to overwrite them each time. But this takes away another needless grind so it's working as intended.

I just selected it once and put it there. I assumed it always worked. I certainly don't care enough for them. In fact, I wouldn't mind seeing them removed. That's disk space and man power that can go towards something better.

由Corrick II编辑: 11/7/2018 4:03:47 PMIf you work the economy you can easily get shaders and bright engrams enough to get dust to spend on transmat effects. That should tide you over while Bungie considers making them permanent unlocks and ultimately decides not to.
