While I understand your frustration regarding cheaters I do not understand why your ISP would care about a single 12GB burst dos? Regardless, I have met a few cheaters and I still run into them from time to time. As I ban them as soon as I encounter them it's not really an issue anymore for me. Once they where everywhere, but now they rarely show up for me and if they do, I just hit that ban button and they are gone from my games. As for detection it should not be that hard to detect if a user is package flooding. Using Macros I don't see how that is cheating as it's available for pretty much any mouse these days. Maybe It's something else you mean though? Cheaters suck, but there are far more non-cheaters out there so just ban the bad ones and enjoy playing against poor PVP players like myself instead :)
