Report them and move on. There are only so many ninjas and mentors to deal with them and they don't get paid for it so they get to them as and when they can but the forums are rather large.

I get you man, they’re reported multiple times and weekend after weekend the same names post all day long in the lfg. I get mods are limited but for posts to go up all day over a weekend every week says no ones doing anything

The reason why these words aren't blocked is because blocking them is useless. These people would just choose different words. Another issue here is simply that these people keep posting and spamming their adverts. If we ban them, they just create another profile. It's incredibly annoying and I can understand your frustration. Of course this isn't intended as an excuse - I just want to explain what's going on so everyone can have an understanding. Please keep reporting any of these threads. We will handle them as soon as possible.
