It is still his real life job though. Just because someone does something well doesnt mean they shouldn't be fired or demoted if they mess up royally in a new position. Your argument is invalid in regards to my response to the OP of the comment.

Not the same thing because we don’t know who to blame in this situation. It could be Activision a fault or the shareholders fault. You can’t just blame someone without any evidence. But for like smith to let this happen does disappoint me.
