Please reward players who have lead new players through the Leviathan. One way to implement is award emblems for each event - bathhouse, gauntlet, dogs, and Calus. If they beat Calus, the reward would be an Exotic Emblem for “Leaders of the Guardians.” Something like that.
Now I don’t know how you would identify who the leader and who the new players are. You may have a system that shows how many time each player has completed the Raid. If so, you can use this information to identify the leader. The requirement would have to be - complete the Raid 5 or ten times.
Or, you could just award a player who has completed the Raid more than 10 times with an Exotic emblem, armor, weapon; or a combination of Emblem and one unique weapon.

Also, I think it would be a cool surprise to have a secret high number that a player can achieve to earn a unique special reward. For example, I seen a guy who had 52 completions on Eater of World (that’s the highest I’ve seen so far), for achieving this high number, you earn something special and unique. This will increase the amount of gameplay for Destiny 2 because they want the challenge.

I agree with the paying for part. I do wish we did have a way of saying how good someone really was in the raid, either completions or some other tracker in the raid. Imagine if they had a tracker for how many people you had carried through out a raid. However not just raid completions in tracked encounters as well. So if you helped someone in dogs and they had never completed dogs before it would add another point to your emblem, ghost, ship, etc could be really cool. What if they had a ship for completing a certain # of raids with people who hadn't completed it before. The fact is they have many options to go about here pls put one in that doesn't involve us spending more money for it 😁
